  • Applying translucent or setting powder to reduce shine and set the makeup, especially important for photos.

  • Reapplying blush or bronzer to bring back a fresh, natural glow.

  • Touching up eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow to maintain sharpness and color intensity.

  • Fixing any smudges or faded areas.

  • Reapplying lipstick or lip gloss to keep lips vibrant and fresh.

  • Sometimes includes a quick exfoliation or moisturizing balm before lipstick.​

  • Tidy up and fill in any sparse areas in the eyebrows.

Travel & accommodations

  • Mode of Transport: Confirm whether Kylee Michelle will be flying, driving, or using another mode of transport. Travel is compensated for by the bride.

  • Travel Time: Know the exact travel time to plan the schedule accordingly and ensure timely arrival.

  • Location: Have the exact address of the venue and a reliable contact person. Ideally, Kylee Michelle should be based at or very near the wedding venue for ease of access.

  • Time Zones: Account for any time zone changes that may affect arrival and makeup schedule; plan accordingly to avoid delays or fatigue.

  • Travel Fees: The bride will cover all travel expenses upfront, including flights, gas, taxis, tolls, and any other transportation-related costs.

  • Accommodation Costs: The bride is responsible for all lodging expenses during the stay.

  • Deposit: Deposits are mandatory to secure bookings, especially for international or out-of-town travel.

  • Scheduling Buffer: Include buffer time in the schedule to accommodate any unexpected delays during travel.

  • Luggage & Equipment: Kylee Michelle will bring a fully stocked makeup kit and backup products, packed securely for travel.

  • Meals & Incidentals: Clarify whether meals and incidental expenses during travel and stay will be covered or reimbursed.

  • Cancellation Policy: a clear cancellation or rescheduling policy to address travel or accommodation changes.
