Return & Cancellation Policy

All sales for the Kylee Michelle Masterclass are final. Due to the limited seating and the personalized nature of this experience, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your seat to another qualified Makeup Artist by notifying us in writing at least 14 days prior to the class date.

• Request to defer your attendance to a future masterclass (subject to availability and approval).

In the rare event that Kylee Michelle Artistry must reschedule or cancel the class, all registered attendees will be offered the option to transfer to the new date or receive a full refund.
